Community Based Services


CPR For Friends and Family- This course is geared toward individuals with the desire to learn CPR but do not need a completion card for a job requirement. Topics include adult Hands-Only CPR, adult CPR with breaths, child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR, and mild and severe airway obstruction for adults, children, and infants. Each client will receive an AHA manual, which includes a participant card, and a set of quick reference guides for the home. 

Tiny Hearts CPR - This course is geared towards parents, grandparents, and caregivers. Topics will include child and infant CPR, mild and severe airway obstruction for children and infants, first aid, and poisoning. Each client will receive an AHA manual, which includes a participant card.

Certification Services


Basic Life Support (BLS) - This course is designed for the healthcare professional with skills applicable to both the pre-hospital and in-facility environments. 


Heartsaver Courses - These courses are designed for individuals with little or no medical training that require a course completion card for employment or other purposes. Course completion cards are valid for 2 years.


  • Heartsaver First Aid - This course teaches students how to respond to emergencies and manage the situation until emergency medical services arrives, including severe choking, heart attack, and stroke; and skills for handling injury and environmental emergencies, including external bleeding, broken bones and sprains, and bites and stings.


  • Heartsaver CPR AED - This course teaches adult and child CPR and AED use, infant CPR, and how to relieve choking in adults, children, and infants.


  • Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED - This course combines the topics listed in the Heartsaver First Aid and CPR AED. 


  • Heartsaver Pediatric - This course is designed to meet the regulatory requirements for child care workers in all 50 U.S. states. It teaches child care providers and others to respond to illnesses and injuries in a child or infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Topics include first aid, CPR and AED, and use of an Epinephrine pen.
